    减肥日志

    第一周目标:5.20~5.27减重4斤,计划:前2天清仓,后5天日进2餐,水果蔬菜为主,拒绝煎炒炸类油腻高脂肪食品,以节食减肥为主,运动减肥为辅。现计划执行over.成功!庆祝一下(palapala...)                                

    5.20-初始体重:1Z0

              食量:酸奶1杯,西红柿1个,苹果1个,香蕉1根,喝水喝水喝水。。。

              运动:仰卧起坐100

              心得:昨天的“告别食物之最后晚宴”吃的太多了,今天居然不感觉饿。

    5.21-体重:1Y8 (-2)

             食量:果茶1杯,鸡蛋2个,香蕉1根,木耳豌豆1小盘                                                

             运动:仰卧起坐100  仰卧抬腿50

             心得:虽然减了2斤,但这并不是脂肪的减少,而是食物摄入量。看来第一天清仓成功!Hiahia!!

    5.22-体重:1Y7(-1)

             食量:面包1小块,冰棍1根,苹果无糖饮料

             运动:逛街1天

    5.23-体重:1Y7 (0)

              食量:饿死我了,最终忍不住吃了一碗酸辣粉

              运动:呵呵,我施行了僧侣减肥法,过午不吃饭,晚餐时间云游四方。云游了4公里。

    5.24-体重:1Y6(-1)

              食量:我的意志力太薄弱了,在一碗冷面面前屈服了,不过冷面是我的最爱!吃的爽!

              运动:晚餐时间云游2小时

    5.25-体重:1Y7(+1)

             食量:不比前一天少

             运动:减肥偷懒了,连写日志都偷懒了,呵呵。

    5.26-体重:1Y6(-1)

             食量:我看电冰箱和我之间只能有一个留在家里,唉。。。

             运动:晚餐时间云游2小时

    5.27-体重:1Y6(0)

             食量:鱼,蛋,奶,基本没有主食。

             运动:云游2小时

    5.28-体重:1Y6(0)

             结贴:哈哈!!在7天中,尽管我对饮食的控制还不够科学,严格,但是效果还是不错的,顺利完成减肥计划,减重4斤。我要吸取教训,好好安排一下下周的计划了,按经验下周能减2斤比较可能,而且必须辅以大量运动方可。
